EYHN 64b017dc1b feat(nbstore): remove async on connection api (#9187 )

We should not use async on `connect` and `disconnect`, for `WebSocketConnection` will never connect when offline.

We should handle the connection status of each storage in sync, using the `connection.waitForConnect`

This PR also puts the connection reference count on the `connect` and disconnect`

AFFiNE Electron App

Development

To run AFFiNE Desktop Client Application locally, run the following commands:

# in repo root
yarn install
yarn workspace @affine/native build
yarn dev

# in packages/frontend/apps/electron
yarn generate-assets
yarn dev # or yarn prod for production build

Troubleshooting

If you have trouble building electron during yarn install, try setting mirror environment variable:

export ELECTRON_MIRROR="https://registry.npmmirror.com/-/binary/electron/"
