fix AF-2460, AF-2463
When recording is started, we start polling the pending raw buffers that are waiting for encoding. The buffers are determined by the cursor of the original raw buffer file. When recording is stopped, we will flush the pending buffers and wrap the encoded chunks into WebM.

schema can be defined in a nested way. EditorSetting api is in flat way:

and use `expandFlattenObject` function can restore the flattened structure to a nested structure. nested structure is required by blocksuite

### TL;DR
First, fixed an i18n issue in history panel. When the browser language is set to Chinese, and the AFFiNE application language is set to English, the language supposed to be English global. But now the language is a mixture of Chinese and English, which is obviously wrong.

Second, design a time formatter to convert timestamp into relative calendar date, such today and yesterday and so on. Long-ago edits will show the exact date like before.
